Most of our products and services are sold directly through third parties and we act only as an affiliate in these cases. Refund/Exchange Policy

We offer a 30 Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please contact us through information on our contact page, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date and return defective merchandise with RMA number from the information that is provided to you with your RMA number.

NOTE: Refunds sent with no RMA number, or mailed to the call center will be returned to sender.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please submit any cancellation via our contact page on this website.


Cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide additional contact information if different from the original contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.


Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via our contact page), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping upon return of the merchandise. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.


Warranty Policy

Shipping Costs 
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.


Warranty Procedure
We suggest you contact our tech support team first by contacting us via our contact page to determine whether the item is indeed defective before shipping. Then make an online return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. See Return Policy for more details. No phone call or email is necessary!


30-Day Warranty 
All physical products, (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 30-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.


One-Year Warranty 
Please check your item for warranty information that was shipped with the product to obtain specific warranty information that is pertinent to your product.


Manufacturer Warranty 
Manufacturers sometimes offer additional warranty for their products.  Customers should contact the manufacturer for specific warranty information and availability.

Product Bonuses

Often, bonuses are offered as incentives to product offers. Product bonuses are never offered with any warranty and are not returnable. Basically, they're free for you to do whatever you like within the confines of the individual licensing that comes with the product bonus. Even if you ask for a refund for the product that you purchased that the bonus was associated with, you are free to keep the bonuses as a gift.

Third Party Offers

We do our best to maintain a high level of integrity and try to offer only the best products and services to the niches that we service. We value you as a customer and hope that you will remain with us for a long time. Although we do our best to test and review the products that we promote from third party vendors, it's possible that a product that we promote that's offered by a third party vendor may fall under our radar and for that we sincerely appologize. However in those cases, Zirga Group LLC, its associated websites, and companies, take no responsibility for third party offers or claims in reference to products that you may have purchased from them. If you've purchased a third party product and have a problem with the product or wish to return it within their alloted return period, please contact the party that you bought the product from directly.

Earning Disclosure

We're not above the law and we know that somewhere along the way either in a webinar or an email or some other form of communication you may actually hear us talk about money and how much money can be made. Well frankly, a whole lot of money can be made marketing online. So time for the disclaimer. See, we don't know you. We don't know how hard you're going to work. We don't know how much time you're going to invest in what you're taught. We don't know how serious you are about this or any other business. We don't know how trainable you are. We don't know how much you're going to take what you're taught to heart. We don't know how well you follow directions.

We can only assume that you're a bright articulate person who can follow training and actually DO what's required to make progress and make the training become beneficial to your business. However, we cannot and will not make any guarantee that you're going to make any money at all.

Be assured though that the trainings that we provide, either ourselves or through third parties, are the most up to date and relevant to the industry to date that we can find. As with any business, it takes hard work to make substantial income in this or any business and some people make no money at all.
